I give Crossfit Greer 5 stars, because of the coaches and the people. This is a great group of people, and the workouts are challenging and fun. I encourage everyone to give CrossFit a try. I'm 64 and try go 5 days a week. Crossfit is a program that will "meet you where you are" - you don't have to be the best when you start - you can "scale" the workout to your abilities- and you grow from there. Come join us!

A welcoming environment with excellent equipment that has everything you need for a quality CrossFit workout. This gym truly captures the look and feel of a great CrossFit space, with a fantastic sense of community, family, and fitness. Highly recommend!

My husband and I did a drop in community class. We were visiting and belong to a CF gym back home. I found the community class a lot of fun and adaptable for all fitness levels, with or without prior CF experience. Everyone was welcoming and it felt like our gym back home- with a supportive community. We hope to be back!
