Very happy with this gym. The instructors always make sure technique is correct and always motivate. It is a close knit group of people who I enjoy hanging out with.
Jeff’s class is always fun, informative, and a great workout! Jeff is so knowledgeable and encouraging! I love going to his class!
Kayla did a great job encouraging the class and offered great advice to get the stimulus of the workout. She is always so positive and helpful!
Kyle help me scale the workout while focusing on progression,and the stimulus he selected kept my heart rate up all the time! Good job !
