Small town family atmosphere which is hard to find in Greer these days. Punctually planned workouts. Never feels like a fully booked session with all the space and equipment. Coaches breakdown and explain workouts directly and broken down to kindergarten level for anyone who is new or doesn’t come often. Will be hard to return to my home gym knowing a place like this exists, the cold mornings are just a little less bitter after a workout here.
Awesome! I am new to CrossFit, and Kyle was so supportive throughout the entire class. He took the time to clearly explain each movement step-by-step, making sure I understood the proper form before we started. That really helped me feel confident and safe trying exercises I had never done before. Kyle is an awesome coach, both in the gym and with nutrition! He’s so positive and supportive! If you are wanting to get in shape and feel good, come to CrossFit 1876! If you are wanting to work on your nutrition, ask for Kyle!
Dropped in for one day at Crossfit 1876 during a weekend trip to visit friends and family. The coaches and the rest of the community were super welcoming and the workout was great! Will definitely come back again when visiting the Greenville/Spartanburg area.
