My husband and I did a drop in community class. We were visiting and belong to a CF gym back home. I found the community class a lot of fun and adaptable for all fitness levels, with or without prior CF experience. Everyone was welcoming and it felt like our gym back home- with a supportive community. We hope to be back!
To anyone considering taking a CrossFit class… CrossFit 1876 is the place! The work outs are challenging, but very doable… there’s always a “scaling option” - whether it’s a lighter weight- or a modified movement or lift- CrossFit will meet you where you are… once you start, you will begin to get better and stronger as you go… but honestly the best thing about CrossFit is the community - there are a lot of great people at CrossFit Greer -I highly recommend them! Give it a try, I promise, you will love it!
Great gym with great people. The coaching is fantastic and the facility is well laid out with adequate spacing and equipment. Will definitely keep dropping in while I’m in town for work.
