This place is seriously amazing for my health and fitness journey! Everyone should definitely check it out if they're looking to get in shape. It's been such a positive and consistent part of my life. I highly recommend it to anyone!
Can't rate this place high enough. Most importantly, great trainers, but also friendly and inclusive while keeping a no-nonsense and un-flashy approach to CrossFit-style training.
After what bats did to this city in 2020 (and shutting them down for months) you'd think they wouldn't glorify them with their ridiculously ripped off logo
