After years of sitting around - but knowing I needed to get active - I was very hesitant to join a gym, let alone a CrossFit gym. I'm glad CrossFit GOAT was my first choice. My husband and I dropped in during a recent visit to see family. Everyone was so nice and welcoming! Will definitely go back next time we're in the area.
Perfect place for all levels of athletes. I started here a year ago with no prior CrossFit experience, and all the coaches were extremely welcoming. If you are considering trying it out, come to a Saturday class. They are free and open to the public. You won't be sorry!
Great place to push yourself! Great trainers and good attitude !! Very welcoming to new members and if you make the commitment to work out everyday the results are visible very fast !! I was there for 6 months and I will definitely will recommend it if you want to push yourself and learn the cross fit techniques !!!
