I joined Crossfit last month and it was the best decision I made. They staff and members are so welcoming and encouraging. I always thought Crossfit was a bunch of Bro-y type Jocks, but not this place. They are so wonderful. I'm excited to meet my fitness goals with Crossfit Gilroy!

Love Gilroy Crossfit! Trainer Joe is hands down the best trainer!! I always wanted to try crossfit but was intimidated. Trainer Joe was awesome at teaching Me the fundamentals and focusing on proper form. I would recommend Joe as a personal trainer to anyone whether a seasoned athlete or beginner he will push you to your goals.
