Great gym with knowledgeable coaches who can help with setting up an individual program for your needs. A lot of equipment and flexible schedule for classes. And great community of athletes. It has been my home gym for more than 3 years so far.
Great gym with great coaching staff. I’ve been a member of multiple CrossFit gyms around the area and this one has the best vibes, solid programming, as well as knowledgeable and friendly staff. Do recommend/10!
The coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always prioritizes proper form. Workouts are perfectly scalable for any fitness level. Come join us
I had a good time training the past 2 years at CFGT. The facility is well maintained and the community of athletes and coaches is incredibly supportive. Its a group I’m always happy to sweat and move weights with. Looking forward to dropping in on the occasion and seeing everyone. 💪🏾🫶🏿
I have been coming here pretty consistently since September and I love it so much. This community is so welcoming and supportive and the coaches really work with you to adjust any exercise to the level that works best for you while still pushing you to improve and become stronger. This has become one of my happy places and I can always count on leaving here feeling accomplished.
