I love CFG! Barry and Jocelyn are amazing people. It’s a supportive environment. The focus is on fitness and they emphasize safety. Many of my best friends are CFG members that I met through CFG classes. My kids take classes there as well and love learning to lift. I highly recommend this gym to any families considering membership.
It’s genuinely one of the best communities you could be a part of—especially if you’re looking for real support, great coaching, and serious results. The coaches care about proper form and progression, whether you’re brand new or experienced, and they do a great job tailoring workouts to each person’s level. Today is my 6 year anniversary of going to CrossFit Generation! I knew from my first moment walking into CFG that this place was going to change my life. I felt welcomed and seen by the owners, Barry and Jocelyn, and with each coach I have since encountered.
