After two years, I can still say that the membership here is the best money I spend every month. The owners have built a true community of all kinds of people that share encouragement and celebrate each other's success. As someone without any athletic gifts, the coaching has been so superb and supporting. Imagine a place that fulfills many of the things us, as young adults (ahem), are looking for - friendship, physical fitness, nutritional expertise, and more!
