Leaving an updated review! This will be my 3rd year at CFG. I love this place. It feeds my soul. The people, the events, the friendships, and the encouragement are all what keep me coming back. CrossFit has very much enriched my life. I'm happier, I'm healthier, and I'm stronger. This is my forever gym <3
I could not recommend CFG enough to people who have been doing Crossfit for a while, but honestly even moreso for someone who has never stepped foot into a crossfit gym. You can immediately feel the time, energy, and love put into this gym by Barry, Jocelyn, and the entire coaching staff.
