Great place. The staff and ownership go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Every workout has a scaled option, so beginners can workout right along side the veterans. I'm only a couple of weeks in and I already notice a difference.
Can't say enough good things about Crossfit GBAR3!!! I hadn't exercised for a long time, and was apprehensive about joining another crossfit gym and I couldn't be happier to have found the team at GBAR3!! Their programming and work outs are exactly what I needed and they will meet you at whatever your fitness level is when you walk in the door! I actually look forward to getting my work outs in now, which is not something I have ever said about exercising and its all thanks to what GBAR3 offers! Thank you to the GBAR3 team!!
