GBAR3 has great coaching and very welcoming community! The facilities are well equipped and very clean. And the coaches and owners are very responsive and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend for new or experienced CrossFitters!
Five stars for CrossFit GBAR3! I was in town for work and felt right at home. Coach Rebecca was awesome, and working out alongside Abby was the highlight—her energy is infectious! Can't wait to drop in again next time I'm in Texas.
Great gym and environment! New owner Abbey is doing a great job and the gym is in phenomenal hands going forward! It's been a pleasure getting to work with them keeping FITAID in the gym. I highly recommend CrossFit GBAR3 if you are looking for a gym or a drop in!
