Joining Gallant has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’m 36 and came in with little to no workout experience, but from day one, the environment has been incredibly encouraging and positive. Would like to highly recommend “CrossFit Gallant” to anyone, especially older folks like myself, who would like to reclaim a significant amount of energy, strength and stamina that you may have thought was long gone, as I did.
