Joining Gallant has truly been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Would like to highly recommend “CrossFit Gallant” to anyone, especially older folks like myself, who would like to reclaim a significant amount of energy, strength and stamina that you may have thought was long gone, as I did. I’ve probably written 2–3 reviews in my entire life (or at least since the internet became “a thing” ). It’s rare to find a business so impactful that I feel the need to share it with the world . OK so now it's a few years later. Still at Crossfit Gallant and our senior class is now called Forever STRONG, as that is what we are doing. Over the summer we have been on a strength cycle and this week is our one rep max. So excited that my back squat went up about 25% to 110 lbs and my deadlift is now at 105 lbs. Drat to last years hand surgery which is keeping my grip strength to less that what it was before. The great thing at Gallant is that we keep striving to work at it no matter your limitations.
