I dropped in on a Saturday class. It was a great and challenging workout and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Great place to drop into and get some work in.
This is more than a gym where you can get a good workout. This is a community where people notice the little things like when you get new shoes or when you get your hair done. You might come for the fitness but you'll stay for the people.
