I've been attending for about 4 months and am totally sold! The gym itself is large and has plenty of high quality equipment. The app makes it easy to schedule classes and see what is planned. But of course, what makes frostbite special is the people. Every coach is phenomenal. They all know when to push you and when to help you apply the breaks; all in the most encouraging and positive way possible. The Frostbite Fitness Company is an awesome gym. I always feel welcome and I can count on getting a great, sweaty workout. This gym has the nicest folks- coaches and members. It’s really a wonderful community. I feel better physically and mentally thanks to Frostbite.

I dropped in on a Saturday class. It was a great and challenging workout and everyone I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming. Great place to drop into and get some work in.
