Always a pleasure seeing my coaches bright and early at 5:30am (the best class 👀💪🏾) Nina (owner) is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! She shows up for you outside the gym as a friend, a mum, and everything in between. The coaches pay KEEN attention to form, which I appreciate. Of course, there are the encouraging words you hear across the gym that give you the extra motivation and fuzzy feeling inside. We had a great time at CrossFit Frederick! Dropped in for Thanksgiving week. Everyone was welcoming and coaches were great!
