I’ve recently joined CrossFit Frankston and I’m really enjoying it. The coaches are approachable and encouraging, and the gym has a great community feel. Workouts are well structured and can be adapted to different abilities, which makes it feel inclusive and supportive. Looking forward to continuing my training here!
