As someone who travels a ton, this was hands down the best drop in CrossFit experience we have had. Eddie was a great coach, ran class smoothly, and made a connection with both me and my husband. The community vibe was so strong and made us joke about moving just to be part of their gym. Good facility with fun old school vibes. 10/10 would recommend.
We dropped in for a WOD during holiday travels. Eddie and Cortney were super welcoming and helped with getting us settled. All of the members in class were very friendly! Loved our time at CrossFit Frankfort and we’ll definitely be back.
Great members and great instructors! I'm a Guards-man, we visited in the AXE program with the gym owner. Great gym, it was clean, and professional. Highly recommend!
