Coaching is excellent and atmosphere is amazing
I had the opportunity to drop in at CrossFit Frankfort, and it was an awesome experience. Coach Eddie was fantastic—welcoming, knowledgeable, and did a great job making sure everyone felt included while keeping the class moving safely and efficiently. The members were friendly, the atmosphere was positive, and the programming provided a great workout. The facility was clean, well-equipped, and had everything you’d want in a CrossFit gym. Stopped in while visiting family and gave it a try, really enjoyed it and had a great time.
