Great space for a seasoned Crossfitter to get in a workout if they are passing through. Didn’t get too much coaching but when I asked questions, they were answered, clearly and concisely. Coach Shelby was welcoming. The workout was a grinder “Zissou” and definitely got the job done. Nice big gym with lots of fans! Hope to drop-in again next time I am in town.

Dropped in here for a week while in the area visiting family. Coaches are very good, great group warm ups and helpful corrections. Good programming. Athletes of all levels. Members were very friendly. If I lived here this would be my home box.
I had an amazing experience attending drop-in classes at CrossFit Fox Den while visiting from out of town. The facility is large, clean, and equipped with nice, top-quality equipment. Sherry, the owner, is high-energy and super friendly, making everyone feel welcome. The WODs were challenging and really pushed me, ensuring a great workout that made me sweat! Joey, the coach, was very knowledgeable and motivating. Overall, it was a 5-star experience, and I highly recommend CrossFit Fox Den! ---
