Returning from a soft and squishy and delicious hibernation of gluttony and over-working, I came to FoxDen in August to care for my body. I wanted something difficult. I needed accountability. And I longed for strength. Being two months in, I'm so grateful for this space. All of the trainers are absolutely wonderful. Great space for a seasoned Crossfitter to get in a workout if they are passing through. Didn’t get too much coaching but when I asked questions, they were answered, clearly and concisely. Coach Shelby was welcoming. The workout was a grinder “Zissou” and definitely got the job done. Nice big gym with lots of fans! Hope to drop-in again next time I am in town.
Absolutely a great place to get fit with great trainers!!!!!!!
Dropped in here for a week while in the area visiting family. Coaches are very good, great group warm ups and helpful corrections. Good programming. Athletes of all levels. Members were very friendly. If I lived here this would be my home box.
