I’ve been a member for about 2.5 years, and when I first joined, the programming was strong, structured, and really helped me improve. Lately, though, the daily workouts don’t feel as well thought out or effective, and I’m not as satisfied anymore. It’s disappointing!
Dropping in for a work trip. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Members are welcoming and awesome. Highly recommend.
