My wife and I dropped in on a Friday at noon when we were visiting to help host the TYR Wodapalooza SoCal Community Beach Day. This gym had an awesome vibe; from the open feel of the space, to the intentional set up, the solid coaching (Dylan is the man!), to the friendly members! As a former gym owner and head coach of a CF gym, I would highly recommend this gym!
The trainers and community at this CrossFit are amazing, providing great support even for beginners. Whether you’re new to fitness or have never worked out before, they make you feel comfortable and motivated.
This was my first time doing an “out of town” drop in and the owner Martin was very welcoming and encouraging. I encourage anyone visiting the area to stop by! Great Box!!
The coaching is awesome, the people are friendly and the facility is nice. I also like the programming. Definitely a crossfit gym to at least try out!
