This is a very nice gym, amazing owners and staff. Very helpful and professional.
I'm a new member and have worked out the most with coach Lindsey - she's the best! Everyone at the box is friendly and hard working. I love how Lindsey and the other coaches offer feedback for form and scaling workouts. The workouts are as challenging as you want to make them, and are adapted to where you're at, keeping most of the focus on great form for newbies like me. I look forward to growing here!
