Owners are amazing and very down to earth. Love my gym. Great community, great coaches. The owners and coaches seem to really care about their members. The gym continually invests into it's members.
I dropped in today for a last minute workout and everyone was so friendly. Really loved the energy and vibe. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.

I tried a few Crossfit Gyms and stayed at Crossfit Flex. The best coaches and athletes you will find.
I started Crossfit 10 months ago at the age of 61. Age does not matter. Fitness level does not matter . This is a great place, great community, to start a fitness program. The coaches help modify each movement as needed to help you build your fitness level and confidence. This gym and gym family is the best you can find!
