I dropped in today for a last minute workout and everyone was so friendly. Really loved the energy and vibe. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
Great gym. Very welcoming. TBH probably the best gym in the world, possibly universe. We may never know. Will definitely be joining!
I tried a few Crossfit Gyms and stayed at Crossfit Flex. The best coaches and athletes you will find.
I started Crossfit 10 months ago at the age of 61. Age does not matter. Fitness level does not matter . This is a great place, great community, to start a fitness program. The coaches help modify each movement as needed to help you build your fitness level and confidence. This gym and gym family is the best you can find!
Not just a gym but family. Coaches and owners are amazing.
