Yes, Coach Jud gets results if you stick with his recommendations! Coach Katy, Coach Robert and Coach Marie are great teachers too. They all helped my newbie teenagers have a great first CF experience.
Above and beyond training... Great atmosphere, and they show you the perfect form for working out.. Would highly recommend to anybody!

Started three weeks ago. Lost 6lbs and noticeably toner already. Coach Jud really knows what he's doing.
Victoria and Austin were really welcoming when I dropped in today. The members were all also really nice and cheered me on during the WOD! Definitely dropping in again when I'm in Middletown visiting family.
Coach Jud is one of the best strength and conditioning minds I have worked with. Athletically I have achieved every goal that I have set out to do, with his assitance. Even though my job no longer allows me to workout at his gym I would be a member of his gym if I were to ever return to Delaware. In addition I would not be a Marine today if I had not sought his help in getting prepared for officer candidates school.
