CrossFit First Down has been a meaningful part of my life for nearly a decade. Over the years, I’ve learned how to train effectively, built strength, and made lifelong friends, all while sharing laughs and breaking a sweat. The coaches are knowledgeable and welcoming, and the supportive community is what truly sets this gym apart. It’s never intimidating, just a great place to grow, both physically and personally.
Best gym ever!!! I have been a member here for about 5 years. As a grown-up, there aren’t too many places you can go to get that “team” feeling. If you are new to CrossFit or a diehard regular, there is a place for you here. Huge number of male and female regulars. Owners, Corey and Julia, are the BEST in the business!!!
I have been attending classes at CFFD for just over two years now. There is something for everyone here: great owners, great coaches, great programming, all of the workouts are scalable to all ages and experience levels, and a great community. Thanks CFFD for helping me get into the best shape of my life!
