I dropped in with my family while in town, the coach gave excellent cue's and was clear about the workout stimulus! Community was great, everyone was super friendly. The kids loved the kids' room, the overall experience was amazing for doing a drop-in class. Will definitely come back next time we are in town!
I have been coming to Crossfit Fireside for about 2 years now and it is by far the best fitness decision I have ever made. From day 1, everything from the kind welcoming faces, cleanliness of the facility, the exceptional programming, the community, coaches, and the sweet caring owners make it the best in the Treasure Valley! The coaches at this gym are unmatched. If you come in for a class, you won't regret it! A community like Fireside makes consistency easy!
I've done a couple of classes here. The facility is spacious, organized, and clean. The owners are very nice and do provide advice and tips to help you improve your form. The environment was friendly. I really like that they lay out modification/ scaling down options for you to decide what works for you. Overall, I think this place is a great option in getting into shape and getting stronger. I thought the work out were challenging and fun.
Not Igbtq+ friendly. Lack of communication. Was having a decent conversation via text. Asked if they were Igbta friendly because they look inclusive on their page with many walks of life. Called to see if maybe they got busy and left a vm. No answer. I'm a grown adult and understand preferences. The silence is LOUD. The complaint is geared to the lack of communication. Weak.
