Hailey coached me through my first cold plunge experience. She was professional and caring. I finished up in their infrared sauna. A very pleasurable experience. I’ll definitely return. Everything was spotlessly clean.

Nice gym. Always welcoming. Being from out of town, this is my 5th or 6th time to drop in for a memorial weekend workout and I’ve never been disappointed. I will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
CrossFit FBG in Fredericksburg is a fantastic gym. The facility is a nice size with plenty of room to move, super clean, and very well kept. It’s fully equipped with everything you need for CrossFit, and the whole place feels organized and welcoming. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned athlete, the environment supports every skill level. Highly recommended if you’re in the area.
Dropped in after driving all day, leaving Albuquerque @5am MT arriving just in time for 5:30pm CT class.There was plenty of space to park the truck and travel trailer. was immediately welcomed, the work out was tough, especially after the long drive but definitely needed to get moving. Thanks CFBG
