I am a 59 year old widow who has not worked out in 5 years & I have about 50 pounds to lose. CrossFit Exile is a wonderful community that our teenage boys have enjoyed since they were pre-teens. Great coaches who offer encouragement and support as they challenge the kids in their workouts. Good rapport among the kids with lasting friendships that formed during the classes. Highly recommend them!
This gym has an incredible atmosphere and has a very supporting gym family! Ive always felt welcome in this establishment! They are kid friendly which is super helpful when trying to workout! The gym itself is very clean! Plus the owners are great people! Highly recommended to anyone looking to join a supportive group in your health journey! Looking forward to coming back next year!
This gym takes the time to teach you the right way to workout no matter what level of skill you are. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the people you workout with make it enjoyable.
