I commenced at the gym at the start of the year recovering from an injury. Matt assisted me in setting some clear goals around rebuilding my strength and confidence along with hitting a skill goal. To date the programming and support in the gym has exceptional. Matt is very intentional around how he programs our workouts to maximize our results when we show up consistently. The culture and gym itself (cleanliness/facilities) were also a strong reason I stayed on after my free trial. Could not recommend Euphonic more!
Compared to other Crossfit-style gyms I've trained at Euphonic stands out for the coaching, cleanliness and quality of equipment! Matt runs challenging classes but is a genuine coach first - always checking your technique, offering scaling options and subs if you're injured. You're never lost at the back of a huge class wondering what to do. A genuine and non-pretentious community there too with Rocky the dog there to greet you at every class!

Great gym. Huge facility with lots of equipment. Matt is a technical coach that’s constantly providing good advice and technique tips. Would recommend to anyone looking for functional fitness, hybrid, hyrox or CrossFit style training,
