Love, love, love, love this gym! I tried a few gyms during my stay in Huntsville and I can easily say that CrossFit Empire South takes the cake. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. They are very involved in their coaching; being sure to offer tips, form corrections, and scaling options in order to make sure all members are comfortable and able to complete the workout. Love the community this gym has put together. The coaches are great, and always ensure that the workout can accomplished by anyone regardless of fitness level.
Coach Chris and the gang are top notch. Well skilled, encouraging and will challenge you. What else could you ask for? Gym has plenty of room and fellow gym goers are very friendly. Thankful for the CrossFit Empire South gang
