Since starting at Crossfit Elkhorn in March and I have been extremely impressed with all aspects of the gym. The coaching is wonderful, they truly care about your personal growth and journey and actually take the time to provide individual instruction and correction so you learn the moves correctly. CrossFit Elkhorn has been an incredible experience in the short time that I have been here. I didn't know what to expect with having no previous CrossFit experience, but this community takes you in right away and helps you learn and achieve new things you never thought you could. 10/10
CrossFit Elkhorn is a community that pushes you to become better every day. After everything I’ve been through physically, having coaches who care about proper movement, encouragement, and long-term progress has meant a lot. The programming is challenging but scalable, and the people here genuinely support each other. This is a gym that you can go to no matter where you are at. Never been to a gym, been working out all your life, or even going through an injury. I have gone to this gym for over two years and when I had a fracture in my foot I was able to stay active with the help from the coaches that scaled and adjusted workouts to fit something that I could do with my injury. The coaches always want to help in your fitness and nutrition journey. You also have a community that are with you for your failures and successes.
