The first month of CrossFit here was tough and after that it becomes the best part of your day.
CrossFit Elkhart is an amazing gym with a welcoming community and great coaching. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and really focus on proper form and scaling workouts to fit all fitness levels. The programming is challenging but fun, and the atmosphere makes you want to keep coming back. Ive never been one to love working out and could never fully commit to the gym but my husband had gone to CFE for a year before he finally convinced me to go. I fell in love with it right away and haven’t stopped going since. The programs can be modified based on your starting level and you’re constantly meeting goals you’d never imagine. I Love the atmosphere. The energy and the people are GREAT! Everyone is like family. They can adapt to all levels, that make you feel comfortable. Have made many lifelong friends.
