Judy and Rachel were amazing! Being new (day #1) to crossfit I was nervous but the team at Crossfit Field house and members made me feel welcomed, gave us modifications and checked in with us. Best workout I have had this year! Looking forward to more :)
I was visiting from out of state and did a drop-in here. The gym was clean and laid out really well. The coach was super friendly and did a great job explaining and showing the movements. The members were also really nice and welcoming. It was a pleasure to get a workout in here!
