Crossfit Elk Grove is amazing. They have an amazing set of coaches. I can see the passion and enthusiasm each and every one of the coaches bring. Never in my life did I think I would do crossfit, but I fell in love with it. The coaches are always there to help support you, give advice and provide encouragement in helping you take a step forward to making a better version of you.

LoVe CrossFit Elk Grove. Had done CrossFit before and had to take a break that lasted almost 4 years due to an injury. Decided to take the plunge to get back into it and so glad I did. With being totally nervous, I took the OnRamp as a refresher and with the encouragement from the Coaching staff I'm loving the results I am seeing after a few months. I decided to do a couple drop-in classes while visiting the area. Everyone was very welcoming and coach Ben is great. Special shout-out to the 5:15 am class, you guys are awesome! Hope to be back at a future visit in the area. Fun times...
