The coaches and workouts are amazing! Whether you are a beginner or a competitor, you can always expect to get a good workout in. I've been going for the past 9 months and I am continuing to see positive results. Plus, I've made some great friends along the way!
Bestt gym!!! The workouts, the coaches, the people are what makes it the best. I have been here for 6 months and I can see a considerable difference in myself already.
My fiancee and I visited Crossfit Elevation almost two years ago before trying a number of other gyms, but we kept coming back to CE and finally joined last summer! Whitney and all the coaches have built a great community around hard work and friendly attitudes. We felt at home there right away, and of course the workouts are great! All the coaches have a depth of experience and each brings something different to their classes.
I just got back into crossfit after a two year break and this place is AMAZING. I’ve been to other crossfit gyms in denver and no other place had been more welcoming and not intimidating AT ALL than Crossfit Elevation. Not only are the main coaches, Gabe and Wendy super knowledable but the entire staff know exactly how to coach and help you better yourself. I enjoy going to the gym so much because of this place. HIGHLY recommend.
