The absolute best place to workout in the whole RGV! The coaches are super knowledgeable and kind. Specially coach Bobby and Gary, their love and care for their members show in each class they teach 🤩
Gran espacio, se dan tiempo para el calentamiento y preparación para el WOD. Y los coaches tienen mucho conocimiento y te enseñan muy bien. Se dan el tiempo en corregirte si algo esta mal o enseñarte. Muy buen ambiente y todos son muy amigables. Lo recomiendo mucho!

My daughter has just joined, she’s 16 and she’s loving it Bobby is one of the coaches she’s been working with to show her proper technique and he is truly an amazing coach, great communication skills and gives tips on how she can improve mobility. Excited about this new fitness journey.
