My coach, Brenda was very attentive and helpful during my workout, constantly observing my movements to ensure I was performing each exercise with proper technique. They took the time to correct my form when needed, demonstrating adjustments and encouraged me throughout the workout. I love that every workout can be modified and scaled to my fitness level (especially since I’m fast approaching the big 6-0) — it makes it so approachable and sustainable. Coach Bobby is the best at noticing my limitations and provides modifications that allow me to still get the most of the WOD. Bobby was great. I’m not biased but I think he’s the best coach around. He’s patient and corrects form fast. Sensitive to my injury and finds alternate movement to stay on track with the group.
