Johnny is by far the best fitness instructor in the area. If you want to get fit for something: competition, military, or personal goals, the man can get you there. He’s extremely knowledgeable. The only thing you need to bring there is your will to succeed, and Johnny can help guide you the rest of the way. His place is the real deal.
This box is more than just a gym - it’s a second family. Since day 1 I felt welcomed and included in everything, the workouts are great, terrific coaching staff and the vibes are unmatched! Highly recommend joining this box for more than just a fitness journey - but a strong and loving community!
I’ve been training here for a long time, and this CrossFit gym is truly outstanding. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and push you to improve safely. The community feels like family, and the programming is always challenging and motivating. I’ve seen real results here—physically and mentally. Highly recommend!
