My family and I were passing through and dropped in last minute. The coach was incredible and seamlessly attentive to all athletes to ensure everyone was equally challenged and encouraged. If I ever chose to be a city girl- I think I’d choose Nashville just to be a part of this gym
This is hands down my favorite CrossFit gym I’ve ever been to. The support, equipment, and people have all been amazing. I did their “Platinum Program”, a semi-private/one-on-on coaching program 2x/wk for 4 months. I decided to try it out, since I was coming back from an injury and sedentary life.
