I was visiting form out of town. The staff and members were awesome. I had a great time and the space was the nicest I have seen.
Solid coaching and programming is dead on. Expansive gym with every toy you may or may not need.
Moved to Nashville for work and LOVED my time at CrossFit East! Super supportive coaches and great community! Would definitely recommend.
I started with them almost 2 years ago and absolutely love it. You can tell the owners care a lot and the space is absolutely awesome! Every piece of equipment you could want, they have.
I dropped in twice during my work trip here in Nashville. The workout was intense, great mix of movements/lifts, little downtime, I was drenched in sweat by the end! Awesome gym. Shout out to both of the excellent coaches I had, Erica and Jon!
