I started with them almost 2 years ago and absolutely love it. You can tell the owners care a lot and the space is absolutely awesome! Every piece of equipment you could want, they have.
I dropped in twice during my work trip here in Nashville. The workout was intense, great mix of movements/lifts, little downtime, I was drenched in sweat by the end! Awesome gym. Shout out to both of the excellent coaches I had, Erica and Jon!

Just a neighborly rant. I'm sure everybody here is wonderful people including the people who work out here. What is the purpose of the running route being just past the gate to where trucks go in and out at SA Recycling? You guys literally go past the gate and then 20 ft later you turn around to come right past it again. Why not just go the other way down the road and never have to worry about trucks and the truck drivers don't have to worry about you?
