If your looking for a new community that will support you in your fitness goals AND build your confidence and elevate your mindset and make some new friends in the process - this is where it’s at!! The staff and members have been so welcoming from day one. Everyone is there for you when you have a question about technique or to cheer you on through some of the toughest workouts. The facility is beautiful and has so many things to offer besides CrossFit. Best decision I’ve made this summer!
Love the new digs, it really enhances the E3 CrossFit experience. All of the new equipment and Atmosphere is phenomenal. I've never seen or experienced anything like it. You guys outdid yourselves, thank you for all the effort and time! Love being there.
E3 CrossFit is an amazing gym with a welcoming community and knowledgeable coaches. The workouts are challenging, fun, and adaptable for all fitness levels. The gym/building is beautiful as well! I’ve seen great results and always feel supported and motivated. Highly recommend E3 to anyone looking to get stronger and healthier and looking for a great community .
I started at E3 about two months ago, and I really love it! This is my first experience with CrossFit, and I was very intimated at first. Thanks to the awesome coaches, those feeling went away quickly. They do a great job helping me with proper form and modification. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming and now it feels like home. Can't wait for the new location!
I was super intimidated and had my reservations to start CrossFit for the first time. However that quickly disappeared after I joined. The staff and community was super welcoming and kind. Always look forward to getting my butt kicked and feeling great afterwards! Thanks guys!
