I started at E3 about two months ago, and I really love it! This is my first experience with CrossFit, and I was very intimated at first. Thanks to the awesome coaches, those feeling went away quickly. They do a great job helping me with proper form and modification. Everyone has been very friendly and welcoming and now it feels like home. Can't wait for the new location!
I was super intimidated and had my reservations to start CrossFit for the first time. However that quickly disappeared after I joined. The staff and community was super welcoming and kind. Always look forward to getting my butt kicked and feeling great afterwards! Thanks guys!
CrossFit E3 has been such a positive part of my life. The coaches are knowledgeable, personable, and truly invested in helping everyone succeed, no matter their skill level. Every workout can be scaled, which makes it welcoming and challenging at the same time. The community here is supportive, motivating, and honestly one of the best parts of the gym. I’m so grateful for this place and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great workout and an even better community.
