The coaches and the workouts are great!
The community of this place is great. The members are welcoming and the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful.
Best place ever! I did CrossFit years ago and dreaded it everytime. E3 is the total opposite, even though the works out make you gag a little, you do it with the best people around! If you haven’t signed up there yet, what are you even doing?!
It's always a cliche that everyone says, but CFE3 is truly like a family...everyone there (staff and members), are ONE tribe and honestly looking to support one another and get better. From day one I was welcomed and encouraged to push myself as an athlete and learn how to maximize my fitness. Can't say enough good things about Kristen, James, Tiana, and the whole team!
