I started at E3 about 8-9 months ago and have officially gotten the CrossFit itch. It took me awhile to take the step into the community, but I have never been more grateful for taking such a leap of faith. Tho village is such a blessing with ownership that is more like family, than owners of a gym. I watch everyday, people walk through the front doors into nothing but loving, open arms. I have been working out at E3 for 27 months now and have not only leaned up from my heaviest at 215 to a slimmer 192, but I have the greatest group of highly motivated workout coaches and buddies. Mobility. Strength. Fitness from Beginner to Rx+ there is a place for you. I tend to hit the 12pm class but every time-slot is solid! If you are new or haven't tried Crossfit - make a commitment to do 75 workouts in 6 months. Every age group is represented and I am in the 50+. It will change your life, I promise.
I've been to a few CrossFit gyms and I have to say these coaches care about their members more than any other gym I've been too. I make the drive all the way from Kuna, because the atmosphere, coaching members just make you feel so welcomed. Highly recommend attending CrossFit E3. It is truly for all fitness levels.
