Having only attended a handful of classes, I can confirm that coaches and everyone working out has been welcoming and helpful with new exercises and activities.

Amazing experience. I love going to class here every week. Don't get me wrong- I get rocked. But the staff is truly just so kind and knowledgeable and never makes me feel like a wimp, even though I am. The vibe here is for everyone to show up, have fun, and do their own personal best. Don't worry about comparing, but show up with your game face and to make new friends. Thanks CFDN for making my first Cross Fit experience magical.🫶
