Great coaches and community! Nice to workout with a group and also focus on individual growth with encouragement from all :)
CrossFit Due North is a great place! I find the coaches easy to work with and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and has all the equipment you would expect to find in a CrossFit gym. The other members, that I have gotten to know are friendly and cool. There is a good sense of community here! I'm happy I joined up!
