This is my favorite place to start my day! I started over 6 years ago and have gone from scaling most movements to doing Rx movements. CFDN has the best coaches that have helped develop my skills in both gymnastics movements as well as weight lifting.
I tried their program once with a friend, and we even went through the nutrition plan they offered. At first, the coaches were welcoming and the pitch sounded very professional. But in practice, what they gave us was clearly just a template — generic advice you could easily find on free apps. The training and nutrition suggestions were less helpful than many free meal plans online, which left me very disappointed. My wife and I dropped in 2 days in a row while in town. It was awesome. Great facility, great workouts, awesome people all the way around too.
I just want to take a minute and tell you how grateful I am for the gym and the awesome instructors you have. I’m coming up on my one year anniversary at the gym, and I just enjoy coming to the workouts so much. When I started last year, I could only workout 2 days and I was sore for a whole week.
