CFDV is something special! The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to each members growth and success. The community is what really sucked me in! Everyone is so welcoming and supportive, creating an environment that motivates you to show up, work hard, and improve every day! I’m grateful to be part of such an inspiring crew!
Truly felt part of the community during my week in town. Been to a lot of gyms around the country and this gym was the friendliest. Every single person in every class made it a point to personally introduce themselves to me and make me feel like I had been going there for years. So cool. Will definitely be back. Thank you again for the hospitality, keep up the good work!
I haven’t really liked working out with other people in the past but I love working out here. Everyone is so supportive and it’s a really good community to be a part of. I love it here.
