Joy and dedication are how I define CrossFit Down Valley: joy in always pushing yourself to be the best, and dedication in helping you learn how to manage your training. I've been practicing CrossFit for years, and being at CFDV, I continue to reaffirm why I became passionate about it. CrossFit as training is an adventure, and it's a beautiful one if you're guided by the hand with joy and dedication. For that reason, even more so, give yourself the opportunity to learn at CFDV.

After my bed, CrossFit Down Valley is my favorite place to be! This box is like a second home, but with more kettlebells and fewer pillows . I love testing my limits here, and the coaches make sure I do it safely while having fun. The workouts are so fun and challenging that I almost forget I’m paying to be tortured . The community here is amazing; it’s like a fitness family that actually wants to see you succeed . I started coming to this gym after moving to the area 3 years ago. Everyone is so supportive and kind. The coaches are all knowledgeable and help you become your best. I couldn't ask for a better community! I love this gym and what it stands for!
