CrossFit DNR owners and brothers, Kody and Kyle, started training athletes in their garage. One athlete led to another, and before they knew it they were training over 50 people. The Colorado State Crew Team has partnered with Crossfit DNR as our winter cross training facility for the last two years. Every workout is personalized for our team and accommodates rowers with various athletic backgrounds and injuries. I have trained at a few gyms in town and DNR is where I truly fell in love with the Crossfit sport and community. This box is a second home for our team and for myself personally. I was only in Fort Collins for the summer. I always wanted to try crossfit and was lucky enough to find a Groupon to Crossfit DNR. I was immediately impressed. Even though I was only able to join temporarily, everyone- staff and members- welcomed me and treated me like family. I felt really comfortable as I learned the movements.
