Great experience dropping in this morning. Scott was super helpful getting me signed in and sent me the workout. Will absoultely drop-in again. Great facility too!

I've been a long time member of CFD, and I can't imagine myself going to any other CrossFit affiliate. Whether you are new to your fitness journey or well along in your journey, this is a place for everybody. Excellent coaching, great programming, and most of all - a great community of great people from all different backgrounds.

Very welcoming community of at CFD. We moved to the area from across the country and were looking for a gym. I called to inquire about dropping in and left a message. The owner called me back right away and was so pleasant over the phone. We dropped in at a few gyms in the area before making our decision to sign up with CFD. Love CrossFit Distinction (CFD)! :-) Whatever your health and fitness goals are, from beginner to experienced, the Coaching Team @ CFD will help you figure out how to get there. I have had a great experience @ CFD. The Coaching Team is FANTASTIC and the support from CFD community is amazing! CrossFit is for almost everyone, no matter your skill level or experience.
