Nick is a great coach! He takes the time to understand where I am at in my training and uses that knowledge to push me to reach my goals and objectives. Nick's classes focus on form and provide many scaling options. Each class is ever-changing which keeps the workouts fresh and fun!
Was looking for a crossfit gym for an assignment as a traveling healthcare worker. Couldn’t have stumbled upon a better place. They offer flexible gym times, a great atmosphere, and the coaching staff is amazing. Siskel and Ebert would give it two thumbs up.
