Dropped in while visiting Madison, had an excellent experience! The class was friendly, Nick was a great coach who kept the class motivated and on track, gym was clean and well looked after. I will definitely be dropping by again any time I'm in the area! :)
CrossFit Den Daas was a great experience. Small class sizes give for greater coach attention and personalized fitness training without the personal trainer price.

Nick does an excellent job demonstrating and making sure the movements are being done correctly. He's also a great motivator. I would highly recommend checking out the gym!
