Im loving my new routine of classes at CrossFit Deep. A special shout out to coach Madison, for all of her super helpful pointers on form and weight during the instructor led classes. This place is a welcoming community for anyone from beginner to pro! Thanks CrossFit Deep :)
Visited Dallas for a couple of days for work so I searched for the closest CF gym which happened to be Deep. Saw the great reviews and decided to take the extra time to do a one day drop in. I definitely got a good work out which was the main goal. Gym is huge and set up was very nice! As for the coach, she did the job which was coaching the class.
