I started coming here back in 2018 to supplement my cardio workouts, and at the time I was completely new to lifting weights. Over the years, the coaches helped me build confidence, learn proper technique, and actually enjoy strength training. Really great Crossfit gym here in the Coachella Valley. There is such a friendly and welcoming vibe here, and the coaches are always helpful and encouraging. A very positive and supportive community getting fit while having fun! :)
