Huge box with lots of equipment. Outdoor area, too! Knowledgeable and caring coaches and a fun crowd.
Decoded Training Center does feel like home away from home. I live in the east coast and anytime I visit Palm Springs I workout here. The coaches are welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive. Love taking Sofies class. She has such a supportive way of pushing to do your best. The workouts are the best, and the facility is great. Love this place!
What a great gym. Coaches were supportive and fun. Great crew that made me feel welcomed on day 1 and solid tips on the movements.
I have been going to decoded since October the coaches are amazing. I had never been to a CrossFit gym before and they made me feel very comfortable so encouraging and very knowledgeable love the workouts have lost over 25 lb if you're looking for a place to work out and get healthy this is it...... you will love it
