I joined this gym to improve my skills and strength, and they have provided everything I need to do so. The equipment is well maintained, and there is plenty of it. The coaches are friendly and always available to help, and the hours make it accessible for everyone. The community is fantastic, with a wide range of skill levels among the members. I started at TAVA after leaving a very toxic gym. Although its taken me a little longer to regain my love for working out I'm beyond happy I find this crossfit community. Everyone is so helpful and always happy to see you. I love the yoga class and WODS. My kids also love being able to work out with me!

Amazing place and crew! Been doing CrossFit for about little over 8 years and now it’s by far the best gym. Sarah and Andrew are incredible people and the environment is always fun to be in! (Not dead but in having a great time regardless!)
CrossFit Tava is the best CrossFit gym I have ever been to and the best place you can go if you want to improve your fitness and get healthy. When I started at Tava, I had terrible mobility issues, was skinny, and was weak. All I could do was run fast.
