CrossFit Tava is an amazing place!!! The space is huge and they have all the equipment you could want. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The coaches do a great job setting everyone up for success. They offer modifications for all fitness levels. They have classes throughout the day so you won’t have a problem finding a class that works for you. Enjoyed the encouraging community at Tava!
Wonderful training space with wonderful people. I recently moved to the area and have found CrossFit Tava to be super accepting of me. Very good programming and coaching of said programming. Also has a fantastic open gym space.
I recently visited one of the best CF boxes in Colorado Springs, and I’m thrilled to share my experience! The equipment is super well-organized, has great space, and has recovery space. I had the chance to drop in for a week during the USAW nationals, and the coaches and members were incredibly friendly and welcoming.
