Absolutely loved my time at Tava! From the coaches to the members, everyone was so supportive. I have been doing crossfit for almost a decade now and saw so much improvement from the 2 years I was going, I even competed in my first competition ever thanks to the support of my coaches and team mates. This is also one of the cleanest boxes I have been to, and the space leaves room for everyone. You can tell the owners/coaches are passionate about this community and it shows! 💙

This gym is my home away from home. Amazing community and fabulous place to workout. The coaches are all so supportive and always willing to help with adjustments based on ability or injury. The classes are great, but it's also awesome that there's open gym all day M-F and for a couple hours both Saturday and Sunday. And dogs are welcome!!

We moved to the Springs about 18 months ago and picked this part of town because of this gym! We have loved the coaching staff and the community! If you are looking for a gym, this is the place you want to be!
