I really want to recommend CFFD to all folks at any fitness level. I have been coming here for a few years and I am one of the older members, due to the expert coaching of Sissel and her team of coaches I have grown in many areas to include strength and learning many new exercises, this past year I have seen substantial progress in my blood work at my physical, I attribute that to living a healthier life, with CFFD playing an important part. If you actually want to have FUN and make great friends while achieving your fitness goals, get your ass to Crossfit Fort Dobbs. Don't even think you can't do it, believe me, you CAN, because anyone can scale the exercises to fit their level and increase the difficulty as your fitness level increases. Not only do you get professional coaches (who WILL catch you when your form is bad), but you will get nothing but support from the other members. Awesome staff, awesome people, awesome Community! I always have so much fun at CFFD and enjoy bettering myself though Physical fitness, both mentally and physically! To see others work hard and support each other is special and a good change of pace to the day to day!
