I am so very happy that I found CrossFit South Haven. The coaches are focused on making sure everyone has the best possible training at their individual level and are friendly and supportive. As a woman in my early 70s, I was not at all sure how I would fit in or manage to do some of the workouts. I joined CrossFit South Haven to build bones and muscles, and as a non-athletic person I thought that this process was going to be tiresome and difficult, but it is not!
