This is such a welcoming community. I'm a novice but the way people cheer me on and support me makes me feel like I'm killing it. People there are genuinely excited to see people improve and get stronger at any level. Dorsey is a fantastic teacher, but what's extra cool is that everyone pitches in to give positive advice. The coaching holds the perfect balance between encouragement to push yourself while staying safe and using good form. I'm so happy I found this place!
This gym has an amazing community! Coach Dorsey is super fun and has really helped me jump start with no experience. I was completely out of shape and couldn’t do one squat when I started. It’s been a little less than 3 months and I am getting better everyday. I love this place. Highly recommend!

What is in town for an event and was able to attend CrossFit Criterion. The members were welcoming, and Coach Dorsey help me in my modification of some routines. I plan on returning to CrossFit Criterion when I am back in town.
