I made the Cove my home gym for 4 months while living in the area temporarily. Brian, the owner, was incredibly welcoming and went out of his way to make me feel like part of the family! The facility is massive and the programming is challenging but always scalable. Highly recommend for all fitness levels!
If you are new to CrossFit, intimidated to walk through the door, let the Cove be your first gym. Brian, the owner, will make sure you feel comfortable and are ready to step into your first class. I was terrified to pick up a barbell, and in the intro class, you become familiar with the moves with a PVC pipe first. All of the coaches are amazing. Brian, the owner from CrossFit Cove was so genuine and kind. I could feel he really cared for his members. My first week I went there hesitant and nervous since I didn’t know much about CrossFit exercises but thought it’s better to show up and do something than sit at home and do nothing I was greeted by a friendly trainer who was very attentive and even did a fun ice breaker so the members could get to know one another.
