I thought I was showing up for class but misread the calendar and came to Open Gym. 100% my fault, but the coach/owner still accommodated me and talked me through a workout to do on my own. I’d recommend Covalence to anyone dropping by Louisville!
Did a drop in while in town. Great facility, coaches and staff were very welcoming! I will 100% return next time I’m in town.

As a CrossFit beginner I was shocked at how much care and guidance is given by the coaching staff. The programming was well thought out and the equipment is well maintained. I especially appreciated how inviting the member community is in this place. Recommend for anyone looking to get into fitness or advance they’re level.
I've been a member of Covalence for over 3 years and it's a great gym! I tried many of the area crossfit locations before deciding on Covalence and I'm so glad I did! Great community and coaches who get to know you!
