Great place to DropIn and give it a try! And maybe become a regular! Was in town for work conference and did the Mon and Weds WODs and enjoyed the programs! Johnny and staff are welcoming and helpful, other members were fun and helpful! Box is an old Automotive shop and a fantastic open setup! Plenty of space and gear, recommend to try them out if in town etc, their website has their current schedule and daily workout programs too. Thanks guys!
I joined my brother (who’s been a member for 2+ years) for my first official CrossFit workout while I was visiting. The others taking the class made me feel right at home, while Johnny took the time to assure I was comfortable with the flow of the workout and the moves, while providing guidance along the way. I felt challenged with the moves and left the workout feeling stronger, sweatier, and all around better. I even snagged one of their (ComfortColors!!) t-shirts so I can represent back home in NC. I was visiting Louisville from Minnesota and looking for a CrossFit gym—and I couldn’t have found a better spot than CrossFit Covalence. From the initial communication to getting set up for class, everything was seamless. Johnny was welcoming, knowledgeable, and provided excellent coaching throughout the workout. The community was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I even walked away with a few new power clean tips I hadn’t learned before! Highly recommend checking it out if you’re in the area.
