Dropped in for a few classes and had an awesome experience every time! The facility is huge, clean, and really well equipped. And the community is unmatched! Everyone is very welcoming, the coaching was great, and the owner clearly cares a lot about both the gym and the people there. You can tell it’s a place where people genuinely enjoy showing up. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great CrossFit gym, whether you’re local or just dropping in!
I started coming to this gym 3 years ago as a complete beginner, and the experience since has been absolutely incredible. The coaches will not only help find the correct movements for any given workout, but they will push you to become a better athlete every day. On top of the great coaching the gym community is welcoming and tight knit, constantly hosting events outside of classes. 10/10 could not recommend more!
Great facility and great people Perfect spot to walk in and get a workout
Was in town for the Derby and hit up CrossFit Covalence w one of my longtime besties who lives in Louisville and has been a member for years now, love getting in a great workout when I'm off my home routine! Trainer Jackson was nice and welcoming, as was owner Johnny. Will def be back next time I'm in Louisville!!
