It was an early morning … 6 am. I was greeted by a smiling coach ready who helped me adapt the workouts. I had a do a burpee… many of them, but the coaches were very kind in helping me improve my technique and pointed to a man who I nicknamed “Splat Adam.” Every time he hit the floor you could hear the splat of his sweat and I knew that was a man working hard. Everyday I strive to be a little more like Splat Adam.

I dropped in during my weekend stay in the Highlands. I was immediately impressed by the building, very spacious and nice equipment. Staff was very hospitable. The coach, and owner, Johnny was very accommodating and proficient in teaching skill work. I will definitely be back my next visit.

Great community and fantastic coaches. Regardless of your skill level this gym is for you. Every class is super welcoming and the coaches are extremely helpful.

Visited this gym while in Louisville had a great time! Everyone was really nice and helpful. Their layout is open and organized and the workout was really fun. Can’t wait to visit again!
