The gym is owned by a physical therapist. The experience and knowledge he has helps me to know I am going to have workout programming to help improve my life. Thank you for everything!

Visiting Coronado for the week and decided to drop in when an afternoon opened up. Coach Johanna immediately welcomed me and got me settled in with the class. Before the class started, she brought everyone together, went over the workout and had everyone do name intros and asked for a fun summer activity we liked to do. Great way to break the ice for the few of us visiting. The workout was fun, the athletes moved well and everyone was smiling and pushing each other during the workout. Dropped in while on vacation and had an awesome experience! Everyone was so nice and welcoming and the partner wod was killer! Will definitely be back when I visit again.
