Gym community is pure AMAZING. Everyone was friendly and supportive. Love it here!
The people here are fantastic. All the coaches are knowledgeable and supportive. There are folks of all shapes, sizes, and abilities. Everyone is running their own race, and cheering each other on. Coming here has changed my life. I'm the fittest, strongest, and healthiest I've ever been. Take it from this 40 year old desk worker, it's never too late.
Spent 3 years old s at CFC before moving. Never did Crossfit had looked at a few boxes and hands down Trent and CFC by far was the most down to earth friendly community then. Haven't been to CrossFit in over 6 years after moving away went to a few boxes but nothing close to the CFC community. Walked back into CFC for the 5 am class. All new faces but everyone was so welcoming and high fives all around. Trent has and his crew continue to have such a fantastic community. They set the bench mark.
