Really happy with this gym, I like how they offer a dedicated space to open gym goers and non-CrossFiters on top of a space that the classes use, which is really nice and has great equipment and the open gym goers can use that space too when there’s not a class going on. Definitely recommend!
When I joined CrossFit Coordinate in Cary two and a half months ago I will admit I was a little bit intimidated. But from my first session with Peter to jumping into classes three times a week, and then even completing the CrossFit Open as a total newbie I have felt welcomed, encouraged, and celebrated by this incredible group of people. I started going to CrossFit Coordinate in Dec 2024. I can’t tell you how amazing this gym is. The owner and the coaches are outstanding. You start lifting where you feel most comfortable and work your way up. They help with your form and have great opportunities for conditioning. I would give them a 10 if I could!
