Everyone is so welcoming
Really enjoy training here during open gym hours. There’s plenty of personal space, which makes workouts feel relaxed and not rushed. The atmosphere is motivating without any pressure. Coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, and the community feels very genuine. It’s a great spot whether you’re following your own program or just getting a solid workout in. Highly recommend!
Joined a few months ago - one of the best gyms I’ve ever been a part of. If you’re thinking about a new gym, it’s FOR SURE worth trying a class!!
Crossfit Connection has so much to offer and is such an awesome place the energy in the building is incredible and is a great place to train hard also Have fun and meet new people. I look forward to training there every day and have made lifelong connections while being at CrossFit connections. I have been training there for a while and continue to progress in my training as they provide such brilliant coach’s and classes. Don’t be shy come say hi
Warm welcoming atmosphere with awesome coaches and loyal members, loads of variety and fun! All ages and levels can train together whether it's daily Wods or weight training. One of my favourite places :-)
